When something goes wrong we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.

Complaining to the Legal Ombudsman

Certain clients have the right to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman, a free and independent complaints body, if they are not content with the way a solicitor has handled their complaint using the internal procedure available.

Complaining to the SRA

The Solicitors Regulation Authority can help you if you are concerned about our behaviour.
