In terms of employees, usually your employer will contribute to the cost of our advice and it is rare that anything further is charged.

In terms of employers we offer a fixed fee for the drafting of all of our settlement agreements, ranging from £250 plus VAT to £500 plus VAT depending on the complexity of the matter.
